Experience and Background Information

With over seven years in the real estate business along with being a licensed broker in California and Arizona and holding a sales person's license in Nevada, our experience goes far beyond our actual years of experience. In addition to being buyers and seller's agents in all three States, we have also researched and negotiated land purchases for commercial development projects. Prior to Steve's real estate career, he logged over 18 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. He made the career change to a life of Real Estate as this was a natural progression after his years of Architectural and Engineering experience. Now he strives to use his combined knowledge to insure our clients make the best buying and selling decisions to gain them maximum profit on all their real estate investments.
