Specializing in residential real estate throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County including Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Long Beach, Naples, Belmont Shore, Surfside, Rossmoor, Garden Grove, Cypress, Huntington Beach, Huntington Harbour, Bellflower, Lakewood, Signal Hill, La Palma, Cerritos, Westminster and the surrounding communities.


Sandee is a native born Californian and grew up in Torrance, known as the South Bay of Southern California. She worked as a successful real estate agent for 14 years in the South Bay before moving to Long Beach. Sandee is experienced in the following cities as well: Torrance, Palos Verdes Peninsula, San Pedro, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo and surrounding communities.


Being a homeowner and a mother of two boys, Sandee totally understands the details and stress involved in relocating a family – whether across town or across the country. She takes the extra steps to make sure your move is as stress free as possible through communication, assisting you with other service providers and keeping you up-to-date at all times before, during and after the sale.
